The Policies Notice
*Additional fee applies to pick-up/drop-off 21+ miles from Downtown Napa.
*Standard 20% gratuity will be added for the all services.
*There is a surcharge for service scheduled between 10:30 PM and 6:00 AM. (Range between $25 to $60 depends on the pickup time)
*All out-of-pocket charges, including two-way tolls, parking, and requested purchases will be billed to the customer.
*There is a $40.00 surcharge for service scheduled on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
*There is a $60.00 surcharge for service scheduled on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day.
*There is a pet fee apply to all pet passengers, $25 for up to 15lb; $40 for up to 35lb; $55 for 35lb+.
*All cancellations for airport transfers booked in a Sedan, SUV or Sprinter Van must be received 1 day (24 hours) prior to contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 100 percent of the estimated trip total.
*Reservation for all hourly vehicles require an upfront booking payment (1 Hour Deposit) that becomes non-refundable 7 days (168 Hours) prior to contract start date. If customer cancels within 4 days (96 hours) of contract start time, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the estimated trip total will be charged.
*Booking Deposit for Stretch Limo and Party Bus are non-refundable.
Rules of Conduct:
1. No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
2. Any unusual spill, soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a minimum of $350 clean-up or damage fee being charged directly to the credit card on file for the trip.
3. No alcohol consumption permitted in the vehicle outside Napa Valley or Sonoma Valley, except stretch limousine, executive sprinter, limousine bus and party bus or agreed by company representative.
4. No alcohol consumption permitted in the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present.
5.Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver representative/chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or inebriation.
Lost and Found:
Customer is respondible for the cost of shipping or delivering for lost item.

I / all members of my group agree to hold Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver and its Contractors, harmless from any and all liability / claims for damages pertaining to alleged exposure, possible exposure or contracting of the COVID-19 virus.
I / we hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver its Contractors and their directors and officers, employees, successors, assigns, legal representatives, organizers, sponsors and supervisors from any and all claims for damages pertaining to alleged exposure, possible exposure or contracting of the COVID-19 virus.
I / we understand that Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver and its Contractors, takes all reasonable sanitary procedures to prevent this from happening and am waiving my right to pursue any future liability action in this area.
I / all members of my group take full responsibility for my / our individual virus mitigation and prevention practices.
